Dr. Joe has been in practice for 40 years and began his private chiropractic practice in the Washington, D.C., area in 1983. A cum laude graduate of Life Chiropractic College in Marietta, GA, he also has a degree in education from Glassboro State College, NJ, and a master's degree in counseling from Kean College, NJ. He has completed additional post-graduate education at several chiropractic colleges. Dr. Joe is Board Certified and is licensed in Virginia. He is a Diplomat of the National Board of Chiropractic Examiners and has served on the faculty at the Residency Program of Palmer College of Chiropractic, Davenport, IA. Dr. Joe has been a consultant to the Ford's Theatre in Washington, D.C., and was appointed to the LifeSports Chiropractic Team, traveling to Moscow to care for athletes participating in the inaugural International Goodwill Games in 1986. He is a former athletic coach to both men and women.
